At AK Kreations, every order is packed with love (and maybe a little happy dance 💃). Because our products are handmade in the mighty Manawatu, New Zealand, we take a little extra care getting them ready for their journey to you.

🍭 Processing Time

Once you place your order, we get straight to work scooping, pouring, packing and making everything look extra pretty.

Please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare your goodies before they head out the door.

🚚 Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship New Zealand wide using tracked courier services so you can follow your sweet delivery every step of the way.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

North Island: 1–3 working days

South Island: 2–4 working days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our hands.

🎀 Packaging

Your order will arrive tucked safely inside our signature pink packaging, because opening your parcel should feel like receiving a little gift.

☀️ Warm Weather Note

Some of our products may soften in warmer temperatures during transit. Don’t worry — simply pop them in a cool place and they’ll be good as new.
